Partiamo dalla fondazione della band dove, quando, perché e come?!
Salve, diretti e fino al punto – mi piace!
Abbiamo fondato la band nel 2006 ad Amburgo quando due delle nostre band si sono sciolte parallelamente e sapevamo che volevamo continuare a fare musica insieme. Quindi abbiamo pensato che sarebbe stata una buona idea fare le nostre cose e creare una band.
Ci conoscevamo fin da scuola e dopo esserci incontrati ai concerti rock locali siamo diventati amici e abbiamo fondato gli Hardbone.
Pensiamo che la Vostra musica sia fantastica e canzoni come "This is rocknroll" e "Bottlemate" hanno la vera anima rock, come sono nate?

Ma davvero, siamo felici che alla gente piacciano le nostre canzoni e amiamo vedere le loro reazioni durante i concerti – non ci sono molte sensazioni come queste!
Semplicemente amiamo questo tipo di musica, amiamo band come AC/DC, Rose Tatttoo, Airbourne e, naturalmente, molti altri gruppi rock classici. Per fortuna ce ne sono ancora in abbondanza. Cerchiamo solo di scrivere e suonare musica che vorremmo ascoltare noi stessi come fan del rock. Se il riff o il ritornello ci fa sorridere e vogliamo aprire una birra, SAPPIAMO che è la roba giusta !
Com'è la situazione del Rock nel vostro paese, quanto seguito ha?
La musica rock, incluso il metal, è una parte importante della scena musicale tedesca, penso che sia per questo che tutte le band internazionali amano venire a suonare in Germania. Abbiamo molti festival che si svolgono nel corso dell'anno, quindi penso che sia sicuro dire: i tedeschi amano la musica rock !
Avete suonato a Wacken, uno dei palchi più incredibili del mondo, che sensazioni vi ha dato?
Wacken è stato un po' come un fantastico giro sulle montagne russe. Sabato abbiamo suonato in una fascia oraria piuttosto buona intorno a mezzogiorno e abbiamo guadagnato molto pubblico durante lo spettacolo. Vedere migliaia di persone che sorridono, ti salutano, battono le mani sulle tue canzoni e si divertono durante il tuo spettacolo è semplicemente una sensazione fantastica. Quel giorno c'era così tanta felicità e amore che ho dovuto nascondere anche una piccola lacrima coprendomi il viso con i capelli... uno dei migliori concerti della nostra carriera immagino.
Qual è la tua opinione sul rock n roll? Pensi che sia ancora vivo?
Certo che lo è, anche se il RNR ha dovuto prendere alcuni pugni nel corso degli anni, ma ogni volta che suoniamo un concerto o andiamo a vedere uno spettacolo, SAPPIAMO che è vivo. Fa dimenticare alle persone i propri problemi e dà loro la possibilità di scappare nel rocknrollfunandbeerland per alcune ore, non a questo che serve il RNR?!
Qual è stato il vostro miglior concerto?
Come band/artista dovrei dividermi tra l'ultimo concerto di Wacken e lo spettacolo finale del nostro ultimo spettacolo spagnolo a Cangas. Ti ho già detto quanto fosse fantastico Wacken, quindi andiamo a Salason a Cangas. Lascia che ti dica che queste persone sono davvero fantastiche. Penso che fosse una folla di 60 o 80 persone, ma hanno festeggiato come un migliaio di folle. Che modo di finire il tour, era il 2017 e ricordo ancora come se fosse ieri. Che passione piena di estasi, davvero una notte da ricordare. Un grande ringraziamento al nostro uomo Diego dell'agenzia Lestrato, abbiamo adorato ogni secondo nel suo paese e gli risponderemo il prima possibile.
Quali sono i tuoi artisti preferiti?
Bene, amiamo molti artisti diversi, gruppi rock classici come Airbourne, ZZ Top, cantanti blues come Buddy Guy e Albert King, il nostro batterista è un grande fan (e ha fatto diventare anche me) di Ghost, Kvelertak ecc. MA quando arriva fino a questo dico che hai solo bisogno di lettere → AC/DC
Raccontaci del tuo primo concerto.
Haha, anche se preferirei di no :! Era il 2007, avevamo i capelli corti e penso che non abbiamo suonato molto bene. Ma ci siamo sentiti benissimo dopo il concerto e abbiamo pensato FACCIAMOLO PIÙ SPESSO!!!

Non c'è modo di farne a meno, ti rende felice, ti rallegra, puoi festeggiare con i tuoi amici, incontrare nuovi amici, puoi dimenticare i tuoi problemi - il rock'n'roll è la vita!

Let's start from the foundation of the band where, when, why and how?!
Hi there, straight and up to the point – I like it
We founded back in 2006 in Hamburg when two of our bands broke up paralelly and we knew we wanted to continue making music together. So we thought it would be a good idea to just do our own stuff and make a band.
We knew each other from school and from meeting at local rock concerts, so we became friends and founded Hardbone.
We think your music is fantastic and songs like "This is rocknroll" and "Bottlemate" have the true rock soul, how are they born?
Thank you very much for your nice words, we think so too :P
But for real, we are happy that people like our songs and we love to see their reactions during the concerts – there are not many feelings like these
We simply love this kind of music, we love bands like AC/DC, Rose Tatttoo, Airbourne and of course many other classic rock acts. Luckily there are still plenty of them. We just try to write and play music we would like to hear as rockfans ourselves. If the riff or the chorus makes us smile and want to open a beer we KNOW it’s the right stuff
How is the situation of Rock in your country, how much following does it have?
Rock music including metal is a big part of German music scene, I think thats why all the international bands love to come and play in Germany. We have many festivals which take place over the year so I think it’s safe to say: German people love rock music
You played in Wacken, one of the most incredible stages in the world, what sensations did it give you?
Wacken was kind of like an awesome rollercoaster ride. We played a pretty good timeslot around noon on Saturday and gained a lot of audience during the show. Seeing thousands of people just smiling, waving to you, clapping their hands to your songs and enjoying themselves during your show is just an awesome feeling. There was so much happiness and love happening that day, I even had to hide a little tear by covering my face with my hair….one of the best gigs in our career I guess.
What is your opinion on rock n roll? Do you think he's still alive?
Of course it is, even if RNR had to take a few punches over the years but everytime we play a concert or go to see a show we KNOW it’s alive. It makes people forget their problems and gives them a chance to escape to rocknrollfunandbeerland for a few hours,…isn’t that whats RNR is for?
What was your best concert?
As a band / artist I would have to split between the last Wacken gig and the final show of our last spanish show in Cangas. I already told you how amazing Wacken was, so lets get to Salason in Cangas. Let me tell you these people are freaking awesome. I think it was a crowd of 60 or 80 people but they partied like a thousand crowds. What a way to finish the tour, it was 2017 and I still remember like it was yesterday. How passionate and full of extasy, truly a night to remember. So big shoutout to our man Diego from Lestrato agency, we loved every second in your country and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
What are your favorite artists?
Well we love many different artists, classic rock acts like Airbourne, ZZ Top, blues-singers like Buddy Guy and Albert King, our drummer is a big fan (and made me too ) of Ghost, Kvelertak etc. BUT when it comes down to it I say you only need for letters → AC/DC
Tell us about your first concert.
Haha, I would prefer not too :P it was back in 2007, we had short hair and I think we did’t play very good. But we felt great after the gig and we thought LET’S DO THIS MORE OFTEN!
If we say rock and roll do you answer?
There is no way we can live without it, it makes you happy, it cheers you up, you can party with your friends, you meet new friends, you can forget your problems – rock’n’roll is life! thx for your time, see you on tour in Spain!
